We offer flexible training times from 06:00 to 22:00, so you can train whenever it fits your schedule.

Not at all! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced athlete, we tailor training to your level, ensuring safe progress and maximizing your results.
5. What do your members train for?
Our members train for CrossFit and Hyrox competitions, obstacle runs, marathons, and strength goals. Some train for life, headspace, or simply to stay strong in their busy routines.
6. How does Small Group Training work?
You’ll train with like-minded people, coached by professionals who ensure personal attention, proper technique, and structured progress in every session. Every week you can book the session(s) you want to do. Your membership / package is not stuck to one specific class.
7. Can I try a class before signing up?

8. What kind of equipment do you have?
We have a fully equipped gym with high-quality Rogue equipment and specialized machines for strength training and functional fitness, including:
