2. How often do I meet with the coach? You’ll meet with the head coach every 4 weeks to review your progress, adjust your plan, and ensure you stay on track.
3. Is fitness coaching suitable for beginners? Absolutely! Our head coach tailors every plan to your fitness level, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete.
4. What’s included in the fitness coaching membership?
A personalized training plan designed to match your goals.
Regular progress check-ins every 4 weeks.
Access to Open Gym daily from 06:00–22:00.
5. How is fitness coaching different from personal training? Fitness coaching provides a personalized plan and regular guidance but allows you to work independently in the gym. Personal training includes 1-on-1 sessions with a coach during every workout.
