How our personal training service works

We don’t just offer sessions to have a good sweat and workout. We create a full plan around your goals and guide you every step of the way! With as little as 1 hour per week, you’ll get:

  • Personal training tailored to your level and goals

  • Expert coaching and progress tracking

  • Nutrition guidance and lifestyle tips

  • Weekly check-ins and real accountability

Your membership also includes free open gym access from 06:00 to 22:00, so you can train on your own with your custom plan in a quiet, well-equipped space.
