No! For Open Gym, you do not need to book a slot – train whenever it suits you within our available hours. For Small Group Training and Personal Training, booking is required to ensure quality coaching.
Convoy Gym is open every day from 06:00-22:00, provided you have a personal access key. This allows ultimate flexibility for serious training.
Our personal training is designed for maximum results with customized training plans, expert coaching, and accountability. Pricing depends on session frequency and package duration. Contact us for details!
Yes! We offer nutrition guidance at different levels:
✔️ Personal Training Members receive general nutrition guidance to support their training and progress.
✔️ We also offer an advanced guided daily nutrition program upon request, starting twice a year. This program provides structured daily nutrition support for those who want to take their results to the next level.
Yes! After your contract period ends, the cancellation period is 1 full calendar month. If you wish to cancel, make sure to notify us in time.
No, personal training contracts cannot be paused or frozen for holidays. Consistency in training leads to the best results!
Yes! You can switch from Open Gym to Small Group Training or Personal Training at any time. Contact us, and we’ll help you make the best choice for your goals.
Yes! We offer fitness with coaching, where you receive a structured training plan designed by our expert coaches to keep your progress on track. You will meet up every 4 weeks to discuss your progress and get feedback on exercises.
