This is our popular lite version of personal training. You train with your own key from 06:00–22:00 and meet your expert coach every four weeks for a personal program, progress check, and updates. Every workout has purpose, keeps you on track, and helps you make real progress; with guidance and motivation along the way.
What's included?
A custom training program based on your wishes and needs
Train in a motivating group where every class follows a structured, ongoing program. Our classes focus on building strength, conditioning, and technique through a carefully selected range of workouts.
You’ll train alongside like-minded people who are genuinely committed to making progress. With familiar faces and small groups of around five people, you get the energy of a group and the attention you need to keep improving: week after week.

All levels welcome but some experience in preferred in some classes (cross training and olympic weightlifting)
We’re open every day from 06:00–22:00, including holidays, with your own personal digital key. You can apply for an intake to see if we’re the right match.
We welcome people who are serious about training. Especially motivated individuals and athletes who want to make progress and train in peace. To protect the quality of our community and results, we work with a minimum commitment of three months.
