Convoy is responsible for processing your personal data as collected during your Convoy membership. In this Privacy Statement, we describe how we handle your personal data. By becoming a member of Convoy and by visiting the website www.alphathree.nl, you agree to the processing of your personal data as described herein, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What is Personal Data?

Personal data refers to information that can be traced back to a natural person. Using this data, Convoy can identify its members (directly or indirectly).

What Information Do We Collect?

As part of Convoy’s services, your personal data (e.g., your name, address, place of residence, email address, date of birth, and phone number) is collected and processed upon your registration. We also collect and process other information related to your membership, such as number of visits, preferences, payment details, etc.

Why Does Convoy Collect This Information?

Convoy collects your personal data for the performance of your agreement with Convoy or on the basis of a legitimate interest. Your personal data will be used for the registration and execution of your membership. Additionally, Convoy may use this data to inform you by post, email, or otherwise about Convoy’s products, services, or special offers that may be of interest to you. Convoy may also contact you for marketing purposes after your membership has ended, unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive marketing-related messages from Convoy. Finally, Convoy may be obliged by law or regulation to process or provide your personal data to third parties.

Transfer of Your Data

If Convoy is sold (in whole or in part) or merges with another company, your personal data may be part of such a transaction and therefore one of the acquired assets.

Convoy may transfer your personal data to third parties if legally required. For any other processing of your personal data, Convoy will ask for your explicit prior consent if required under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Convoy handles the personal data you entrust to us with care. Convoy ensures that your data is well secured and that only duly authorized persons within Convoy have access to your data.

Duration of Data Retention

Convoy does not retain your personal data longer than is necessary for the realization of the purposes for which it is collected and subsequently processed. The ultimate retention period differs per type of personal data. If you have a Convoy membership, we will in any case retain your data for the duration of your membership. After the retention period, your personal data will be anonymized or deleted.

Convoy uses cookies on its website. Convoy uses cookies for handling registrations, as well as cookies that allow us to record your website visits and track your use of the site.
