1. What trial options do you offer?

We offer two trial options:
✔️ Personal Training Trial – A one-on-one session with a coach to assess your current level, and an introduction to how it would be to train at Convoy Gym.
✔️ 7-Day Small Group Trial – Unlimited access to our small group training classes for one week.


2. How does the Personal Training Trial work?

Once you purchase the trial, we will contact you within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp (if available) to schedule your first session. During this session, the coach will:
✔️ Assess your current fitness level
✔️ Identify your strengths and areas for improvement
✔️ Give training and technique advice specific to your goals
✔️ Help you understand the best way to train for faster progress

This session is all about understanding where you are now and creating a clear plan for what to focus on.


3. How does the 7-day trial work?

The 7-day trial gives you unlimited access to our small group training classes for one week. You’ll experience expert coaching, structured workouts, and a motivating training environment.


4. How do I book a trial session?

You can purchase your trial directly on our website. Once completed, we will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your session.


5. Do I need experience to join a trial?

No! Whether you’re new to training or experienced, our coaches adjust the sessions to your level and ensure you train effectively.


6. Can I train on my own during the trial?

The 7-day trial includes access to our small group training. If you’re interested in Open Gym access, let us know, and we’ll discuss the options.


7. What should I bring to my trial session?

Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and be ready to train. We provide all the necessary equipment.


8. Can I upgrade to a full membership after my trial?

Yes! If you enjoy the trial and want to continue, we’ll help you choose the best fitness membership based on your goals.


9. Can I cancel or reschedule my trial session?

If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will arrange a new time for you. Kindly note that 1-on-1 personal training sessions cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment.
